Terms & Conditions
At Valuca we want you to have an easy and simplified shopping experience and in most cases we will deliver items to you free of charge. In some circumstances however, we may be unable to offer you free shipping. In this instance you will be notified of the payable shipping costs.
FREE POSTAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ALL REMOTE AREAS. IF POSTAGE IS REQUIRED YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONCE THE ORDER IS RECEIVED. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND WE CAN ADVISE IF POSTAGE WILL BE PAYABLE.
An email confirmation with a tracking number and tracking information will be sent to you once your order is complete. We ship all our items securely and promptly, using our preferred carrier depending on the location and the size of the order.
Please note: a signature will be required at delivery.
NOTE: We do not deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes. Please provide an alternative delivery address.
Terms for all items branded Valuca Designs:
We provide returns/exchanges if you change your mind, on the condition that the item is unused and sent back in its original packaging, providing we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your item. Such items must be returned to Valuca within 30 days of receipt, and shipping charges will be covered by the purchaser. Valuca will refund the original charges minus original shipping fees for any change of mind returns.
For any item that is found to be faulty or broken upon receipt, we will happily refund or replace the item, provided we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your item and the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. We may also request that you provide photos of the faulty or broken item prior to issue of a refund. Any item found to be faulty or broken must be returned to Valuca within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be covered by Valuca.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a refund as agreed, please check your PayPal or financial statements first, as some chargebacks and refunds may take a few business days to process. Feel free to call us on 03 8692 0008 during business hours if you have any questions.
Terms for all other items NOT branded Valuca Designs:

For each visitor to the site, we expressly collect non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use, for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward and will adhere to our updated practices.
Accessing Your Personal Information
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Valuca reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
